How can my business get faster response times?
When you call ask for the service desk. Asking for a technican by name may not be the fastest way to get a technican to your site. All jobs are evaluated by our service desk. The most suitable technican with a avalible time slot is selected and will attend your call.

Can you service my office computers?
Yes – Currently over 80% of our business is involved in working with small to medium businesses [or organizations] here in the Waikato – We believe this market to be our specialty and are operationally focused on providing service to office users.
This focus sets us apart from the refrigerator shop that sells computers, or the lucky diamond style computer stores where english [if it is spoken] is lucky if it’s the 2nd language.
Will you come to my office?
Yes, we have service engineers who visit homes, offices, schools and other organisations. They are all skilled and experienced. Please call the office for details of the call out charges and how payment is to be made.
Do you sell computers?
Yes, we keep a limited amount of stock in our service centre, and are able to be supplied from our distribution partners by overnight courier. We keep limited stock because we want to ensure that you get the latest product with the latest features. With computers doubling in speed and capacity every 24 months you may well understand the importance of keeping low stocks…. Remember we are NOT a refrigerator shop NOR are we a fruit and vegetable stall that just happens to sell pcs. Our focus is on providing sound, reliable, business grade IT equipment and solutions at a fair price…..Margins in IT commodity lines [Desktops, Laptops etc] are very small, and pricing practices employed by ourselves and others working in our market space, ensures that it remains this way. Therefore if you see something at a really cheap price elsewhere, then it’s either a "Home" model or something equally inappropriate for your business. If you need advice please call our office and ask to speak to sales.
With your focus obviously on servicing businesses, where do I get my home computer fixed?
Our service centre is open to the public on a "carry in" basis. We have never lost sight of the small guy, and in fact some of the relationships we have with our commercial clients had their beginnings as a direct result of the work we do for the public.[or resultant word of mouth reccomendation]
When I bring my computer in to your workshop what do I need to bring?
Generally unless your problem is with one of the peripherals (mouse, monitor, keyboard etc) you only need to bring in the main ‘box’. Please also bring in the disks to any software (with serial numbers) that you have installed on your machine. If in doubt bring everything, it is always better to bring too much than to have to make two journeys.
I don’t have the disks for the software installed on my computer, can you help?
In order to reinstall the software to your computer you need the disks and the serial numbers. If your PC has a windows license sticker on it we can reinstall the main system using our own disks (however we cannot give you a copy of these disks), the sticker proves that the software has been paid for. If you do not have disks then we are often unable to help. We can source and supply any software you wish, please call for details.
Do you do domestic calls?
Yes we do. Domestic calls are somewhat difficult to schedule in with our core business services. Please call the office to discuss arranging a visit.
