Computer Troubleshooters B.E.S.T. [Business Enhanced Support Technologies] is a managed IT support service that gives businesses and organisations ongoing IT support, security and management for a set monthly fee. The plans have been developed as a collaborative effort by the world’s 460 computer Troubleshooters franchisees, working with a group of preferred vendors who provide the products that assist us with providing these technologies.

The Plans [Lite, Basic, Proactive, and Trouble Free]

Proactive and Trouble Free – These plans provide fully managed services on an “all you can eat price” basis* – The Trouble free is the Ultimate plan, includes all the security software you need, plus a Zero Downtime guarantee* [where we pay you if your equipment suffers downtime]. The proactive plan is the same plan without the guarantee, and the customer is required to meet their own security software/hardware costs [it must meet our BEST practice guidelines]. To qualify for either one of these plans your site will need to be fully audited and complied with our current recommended BEST practices.

Lite and Basic. These plans are the entry level point into managed services, for customers who might want to try the technology, or are on a very tight budget and just want to test the water first before committing to the compliance investment.
Lite Plan – includes all the monitoring, patching, and remote support capability services of the larger plans. Labour for remote support or site visits is charged separately at a discounted rate from that of our normal break/fix customers.
Basic Plan – as for the lite plan, with a set amount of “free” included support time and extra management and reporting services.

With the Proactive and Trouble Free, an audit and compliance cost exists [Audit is equivalent of the first months plan value] and compliance is, whatever it will cost to get your IT infrastructure and equipment up to scratch so that it meets our recommended best practises for continuing reliability.
